Overview
HR REIT manages a portfolio of commercial properties in Canada, including the Bow Tower, Calgary. 2M Corp was engaged to develop a workflow-based Management Information System to replace manual work order processes across multiple properties.
The system provides end-to-end work order lifecycle management — from tenant request submission through assignment, execution, and completion. Features include automated routing to maintenance teams, contractor coordination, priority-based escalation, SLA tracking, and comprehensive reporting dashboards for property managers.
The MIS integrates with HR REIT's existing property management infrastructure and supports multi-property operations with role-based access controls and tenant-facing interfaces for service requests.
Impact
The system replaced manual work order tracking with a single workflow covering request submission, assignment, execution and completion, and gives property managers portfolio-wide reporting on maintenance requests.
